Dato’ Dr Kuladeva Retnam graduated from the University of Madras, India, and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Glasgow, an academic member of the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia, and a member of the Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons (MAPACS) and the Malaysian Society of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery.
He holds a Fellowship in Nutritional Medicine and an MSc in Aesthetic Medicine. In his holistic view of practice, precision medicine projects a beautiful you from within, while laser, aesthetic and cosmetic surgery enrich a vibrant, confident profile.

Yes. He is a Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) registered, NSR and Chapter 3 LCP certified practitioner with over 30 years of surgical experience, and holds practicing rights at Assunta Hospital, Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Ara Damansara Medical Centre, and Thomson Hospital.
ARC Clinic offers plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, including breast augmentation, breast reduction and lift, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), ear pinning (otoplasty), scar revision and keloid treatment, and wound care. We also offer aesthetic treatments such as BOTOX® and dermal fillers. Patients visit us from Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur and across Selangor and the wider Klang Valley.
Pricing depends on the specific procedure, its complexity, and your individual needs, so we don’t publish blanket prices online. You’ll get a clear, itemised quote after your consultation, once our consultant has assessed what’s right for you. The consultation fee is quoted on enquiry.
It depends on the procedure. Non-surgical and minor treatments are typically done at ARC Clinic in Petaling Jaya. Surgical procedures requiring anaesthesia or hospital facilities are performed at one of our preferred hospitals where our consultants hold practicing rights.
