Dr Kula graduated from University of Madras, India and is a fellow of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Glassgow, a academic member of Academic of Medicine of Malaysia, member of the Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons ( MAPACS) and the Malaysian Society of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr Kula obtained his professional registration from the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) (No 28779), National Specialist Register (NSR), Malaysia (No 124177) and is a holder of chapter 3 Letter of Credentialing and Privileging Aesthetic Medical Practice (LCP) by the Ministry of Health ( No LCP-AMP-003/2014(15) ).
